Fitness Tip

  • Shop for workout shoes late in the day because that’s when your feet are the largest. It should be easy to wiggle your toes, so look for about a half of an inch of space in front of your longest toe. It’s also good to take off the shoes and compare them with your bare feet. Each should should be obviously wider and longer than your foot. If not, go half a size bigger.

Testimonials

  • After having my son, I tried for years to lose weight, but with little success. Jennie offered positive support and accountability. She has helped provide meal ideas and workout program schedules always with my goals for my nutrition in mind. She has been such an encourager and great support. Jennie was never pushy or shaming. I can always count on her to check in on me and to show grace when needed. I really appreciate all the help she has provided the last two years and look forward to her support and encouragement as I continue down a healthier path.

Vitamix. Is it everything they say it is? I'm here to tell you, it's more. This multi-purpose, powerhouse of a machine will not only help get you healthier, you'll be looking for excuses to use it. It's without its flaws, but we wouldn't trade it for 100 pounds of organic kale.
