  • If I told you there was a way where you could easily train your body to eat less, would you want to know? Here it is: EAT BREAKFAST. Research has found that the time of day in which food is consumed may influence appetite and overall energy (aka calorie) intake. Eating breakfast has been found to decrease overall food intake throughout the day. And conversely, eating more later in the day has shown a positive correlation with consuming more food overall.

    Might sound strange to be told to eat so that you’ll start eating less, but it works… so do it.
