Be a less efficient worker making multiple trips to and from each of your gardening, housekeeping, or lawn care tasks; walk or bike if your errand is less than one mile away; if you only need to go up five floors or less (or down 10), take the stairs NOT the elevator; when watching your kids at sports games, walk or jog around the field; or park at the perimeter of the parking lot rather than trying to find a spot super close to the entrance.

These are just a few ways to move more without having to carve out extra dedicated time a specific workout.
