Your body is what it is and there are limits to what it can become. If you’re big boned, you’ll never be petite. If you’re tall and thin, you’ll never be shorter and there will be limits to how much muscle you can put on. If you’re shorter and a little stockier, you’re never getting any taller and you’ll never be runway model thin… at least not in a healthy way. And so on.

STOP STOP STOP wishing you’re body was different because it won’t do you ANY GOOD.

Don’t misunderstand… this isn’t an excuse to justify being lazy and gluttonous. It’s a plea for you to take the body you’ve been given and make it the best it can be.

Ultimately, you’ll be a lot healthier (mentally, physically, spiritually) and happier when you accept this fact: there has been, there currently is, and there will only ever be ONE of you! You can make the most of it or waste your time on earth wishing you were something you’ll never be.
