OKAY, WELL I SUPPOSE I COULD FLOSS ONCE A WEEK.

Nice. That way you can get a piece of sirloin stuck between your teeth the next day and have it lodged there for 144 hours decaying. Your heart might not get stronger, but your halitosis will.

FINE. YOU’VE GUILTED ME INTO IT!

Great. I’m okay with that. And to take the pain out of this incredibly agonizing 30-second chore, put your floss in the shower. Then there are no excuses for forgetting.

Please tell me you shower everyday.

I’m new to these weight loss challenges. I am good at starting diets but always lose my motivation. Jenny was great. Always checking in, giving support and posting inspiration. When I struggled she was understanding and encouraged me not to give up even though I did not lose as much weight as I wanted. She is such a great role model – someone who is not only a coach but in the trenches herself fighting to get healthier. I would like to do another challenge with her in the future.
