When you work hard and have achieved a goal, remove temptations that can allow for backsliding. One simple example of this is your clothes. If you have been eating clean and exercising right and have gone down in size, get rid of the clothes that are now too big. As long as they are still in your closet, they are an option for you to resort to. Toss them however, and emotionally you are telling yourself that there’s no going back. This is an important distinction in establishing a new, permanent, healthier lifestyle: there’s no going back!
