It’s hard to really visualize a gram of something. But what if you tied it to an image? For instance, we all know what a sugar packet looks like. Each one hold roughly 4 grams of sugar. Now look at the can of Mountain Dew on your desk and you’ll see it has 46 grams of sugar… or nearly 12 packets! Would you really just throw down 12 packets of sugar if they weren’t already in your drink?

Images are powerful. Use them to your advantage to help you be intentional in your eating decisions.

I’m new to these weight loss challenges. I am good at starting diets but always lose my motivation. Jenny was great. Always checking in, giving support and posting inspiration. When I struggled she was understanding and encouraged me not to give up even though I did not lose as much weight as I wanted. She is such a great role model – someone who is not only a coach but in the trenches herself fighting to get healthier. I would like to do another challenge with her in the future.
