  • Here’s a challenge that will help you get out of the rut and perhaps break through some plateaus: the cardio buffet.

    EXAMPLE: Monday – Run; Tuesday – Swim; Wednesday – Row; Thursday – Mountain Bike; Friday – Elliptical; Saturday – HIIT Class. Or some version of this where within a week’s time, you only do each type of cardio one time (any cardio will do as long as you give it your best effort). Do this for four weeks and see if it doesn’t help you reboot your level of fitness (for the really daring, don’t repeat any cardio for a MONTH!).
