Frozen food gets a bad rap. While fresh can be healthier, it’s not guaranteed. Truth is, flash freezing is a great way to preserve vitamins and minerals when vegetables and seafood are at their freshest. Rather than letting the food decline in quality as it’s harvested, flash freezing helps seal in the freshness immediately. In fact, many times it’s actually healthier than food that’s traveled hundreds of miles in a less than ideal environment. Not to mention, it’s also usually cheaper!

If you can choose fresh local foods, go for it. But flash frozen food is a great alternative and can be just as healthy.

I decided to try the 21 day fix and am so glad I did. Due to an injury I wasn’t able to complete the exercise part of it. I still lost weight and owe so much of my success to Kim.
