Chocolate Shakeology Recipe: Chocolate Vanilla Bean

As a busy mom of three young children, I had neglected my nutrition and fitness for many years. I was at a point where I was tired all the time and felt bad about my health, fitness and physical appearance… Kim was extremely encouraging and provided the accountability I needed to stay on track to reach my goals.
