    PB2 Review

Love peanut butter but trying to watch the fat or calories? Is it really possible to get the flavor of peanuts with only 15% of the fat? Sounds too good to be true ... or is it?

Fitness Tip

  • Often times we start with a calorie-restricted diet to lose weight and that works… for a while. But eventually your body catches on, adapts, then plateaus. Your body is holding on to what its got cause it’s going into “starvation” mode. Throw in a really taxing workout regimen and the problem can be worse.

To combat this, eat more. Add 300 clean calories to your diet and see how that goes for 2-3 weeks. Still not losing? Add 300 more calories and go another 2-3 weeks. Soon your body will be less selfish and the fat should start dropping again.

This is one of the rare times where more is less.

Testimonials

  • I’m new to these weight loss challenges. I am good at starting diets but always lose my motivation. Jenny was great. Always checking in, giving support and posting inspiration. When I struggled she was understanding and encouraged me not to give up even though I did not lose as much weight as I wanted.  She is such a great role model – someone who is not only a coach but in the trenches herself fighting to get healthier. I would like to do another challenge with her in the future.

  • Vitamix Review: Our Favorite Appliance

Vitamix. Is it everything they say it is? I'm here to tell you, it's more. This multi-purpose, powerhouse of a machine will not only help get you healthier, you'll be looking for excuses to use it. It's without its flaws, but we wouldn't trade it for 100 pounds of organic kale.
