As I reached my mid-40s, a lot of stress, very little exercise, and running too many people to the doctor resulted in lots of fast food. I was feeling tired and run down. I decided to try the 21 day fix and am so glad I did. Due to an injury I wasn’t able to complete the exercise part of it. I still lost weight and owe so much of my success to Kim. She motivated and encouraged me when my injury was really getting me down. She always had time to answer my questions and she checked in with me daily. What I loved the most was that she held me accountable! I really don’t think I would have stuck with it on my own.
