I’m Jennie Pryor. I live in Louisville, Kentucky and I’m 42 years old. I am blessed to be a stay-at-home mom of 4 children, married to my wonderful husband for 23 years, and am a Beachbody coach for Home Fitness Gurus.

I’m a runner and a fitness and nutrition lover. I currently run a group called “Restorative Eating Group” that we hold every 2 to 3 months. In the Restore, I help people refocus on getting their nutrition back on track for better health and vitality of life. I really enjoy helping people FEEL better. Fitness is a huge part of that as well.

I’ve been active most of my life, but not until about 6 years ago did I really start diving into it. Once I did, and I saw the difference it made in how I felt day-to-day, how it made me a happier person, a better wife and mom, I couldn’t wait to share that with other people. I started with small changes and so can you! A lot of small positive changes, put together, add up to success! It only takes the decision to say YES to get you started.

  • Green tea is thought to be helpful with weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure, among other things. So if you’re contemplating making the switch, now is the time. You can do this gradually by making your normal tea with the ratios of 3 parts regular to 1 part green. Then in a week or so, make it 1 part regular 1 part green. Next, make it 3 parts green 1 part regular. And finally, you’ll go straight green. If you need to flavor it, try fresh mint leaves, any citrus, honey, or stevia… and of course, plenty of ice.
