I’m Jennie Pryor. I live in Louisville, Kentucky and I’m 42 years old. I am blessed to be a stay-at-home mom of 4 children, married to my wonderful husband for 23 years, and am a Beachbody coach for Home Fitness Gurus.

I’m a runner and a fitness and nutrition lover. I currently run a group called “Restorative Eating Group” that we hold every 2 to 3 months. In the Restore, I help people refocus on getting their nutrition back on track for better health and vitality of life. I really enjoy helping people FEEL better. Fitness is a huge part of that as well.

I’ve been active most of my life, but not until about 6 years ago did I really start diving into it. Once I did, and I saw the difference it made in how I felt day-to-day, how it made me a happier person, a better wife and mom, I couldn’t wait to share that with other people. I started with small changes and so can you! A lot of small positive changes, put together, add up to success! It only takes the decision to say YES to get you started.

  • I don’t know about you, but sometimes I miss out on special moments with my family because I’m too busy trying to document said moments… be it with a video or a picture or a _______. Just last night, I caught myself wanting to pull out my phone to try to compose the perfect, precious shot of Silas, my almost 2-year-old, squatting down like almost 2-year-olds do, getting eye level with the some ducks as he talked to them with a “quack, quack” of his own.

    Our fitness can be the same way. We get so caught up in focusing on the results and our goals that we don’t take time to actually enjoy the moment… the moment of running in a cool morning under a gorgeous sunrise, the delicious moment of a fresh salad made from farm-tended vegetables grown under that same gorgeous sun, or even the ridiculousness of being on your forearms and knees, sweaty forehead on the mat as you pant sheer exhaustion. These are the benefits of outdoor exercise, the tastiness of healthful eating, and the victories of working crazy hard. Slow down and take in what you’re doing. Fitness is a lifestyle… not a destination… don’t take the moments for granted.
