Chocolate Shakeology Recipe: Vanilla Plum

Eating out is one of my favorite things, but the portions we are being served are getting bigger and bigger (as are our waistlines). One trick you can use to keep portions in check is to ask for a To-Go box as soon as the food arrives. Then put roughly half the food in the box and shut it. You’ll be far less-tempted to overeat when it requires getting back in the box. Not only will this give you have an extra meal for later, it frees you up to completely enjoy everything that’s on your plate, which is usually more than enough.
