As a busy mom of three young children, I had neglected my nutrition and fitness for many years. I was at a point where I was tired all the time and felt bad about my health, fitness and physical appearance… Kim was extremely encouraging and provided the accountability I needed to stay on track to reach my goals. I was able to exceed my goal by losing 17 pounds and over 13 inches! I also have more energy, feel healthier, and feel better about myself too. Kim has also been able to help me develop a plan to maintain going forward… I am extremely grateful to Kim for her encouragement, tips and genuine care in seeing me reach my fitness goals.
