If I told you there was a way where you could easily train your body to eat less, would you want to know? Here it is: EAT BREAKFAST. Research has found that the time of day in which food is consumed may influence appetite and overall energy (aka calorie) intake. Eating breakfast has been found to decrease overall food intake throughout the day. And conversely, eating more later in the day has shown a positive correlation with consuming more food overall.

Might sound strange to be told to eat so that you’ll start eating less, but it works… so do it.

After having my son, I tried for years to lose weight, but with little success. Jennie offered positive support and accountability. She has helped provide meal ideas and workout program schedules always with my goals for my nutrition in mind. She has been such an encourager and great support. Jennie was never pushy or shaming. I can always count on her to check in on me and to show grace when needed.
