Before I give you the wrong impression, I am a fellow struggler. As much as I love running, I hate cooking. As much as I love exercise and creating a workout plan, I hate meal planning. And to be honest, I just don’t naturally like to eat well. I enjoy burgers and fries, sweet tea and m&ms or dark chocolate caramels from Trader Joes. Before baby number 4 and exceeding the age of 35, I was able to out-exercise my bad eating habits, but now at 40 I am on a journey to figure out how to be healthy, eat healthy and feel better.
So, here’s the scoop on me. I’m also the wife of Matthew Pryor (Guru's founder) and mother of four ranging from 24 years old (yep, years) to 4 years old. I stay at home full time and an Independent Beachbody Coach part time, but before that I worked in trust operations (don’t worry, not many know what that means; just think numbers, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and lots of spreadsheets). When I am not herding kiddos and attempting to manage our household, I love to run, read, encourage, serve and study.
And I love helping people with their fitness (especially running) and hope the we can encourage one another on this fitness journey together.
