Body Tithe Coach Jennie Pryor

I’m Jennie Pryor. I live in Louisville, Kentucky and I’m 42 years old. I am blessed to be a stay-at-home mom of 4 children, married to my wonderful husband for 23 years, and am a Beachbody coach for Home Fitness Gurus.

I’m a runner and a fitness and nutrition lover. I currently run a group called “Restorative Eating Group” that we hold every 2 to 3 months. In the Restore, I help people refocus on getting their nutrition back on track for better health and vitality of life. I really enjoy helping people FEEL better. Fitness is a huge part of that as well.

I’ve been active most of my life, but not until about 6 years ago did I really start diving into it. Once I did, and I saw the difference it made in how I felt day-to-day, how it made me a happier person, a better wife and mom, I couldn’t wait to share that with other people. I started with small changes and so can you! A lot of small positive changes, put together, add up to success! It only takes the decision to say YES to get you started.

Please know that I feel it is my PRIVILEGE to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are. I am happy to help you in any way I can, through fitness AND nutrition. It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from, just that you strive to improve. And I’d love to be a part of that.
