This will assign you a Home Fitness Guru who also works with Beachbody to help others get their fitness in order.

If you already have a Team Beachbody account, you were more than likely assigned a coach. However, in order to work with Home Fitness Gurus, a Home Fitness Gurus coach will need to be assigned to you, which is easy to do.

To make a coach switch, visit the Contact Portal and make the following selections:

Member Type: Team Beachbody Customer

Email Address: (Your Email Address on file for TeamBeachbody.com)

Request: Account Update

Subject: Coach Change Request

Question: I would to change my coach to Matthew Pryor, Coach ID #115935 at Fitnessmentor@outlook.com, effective immediately.

Like it or not, it’s impossible to be perfectly objective about what you see in the mirror. We will either see a better or worse version of ourselves than exists in reality… be it by exaggerating flaws that are barely there or being overly impressed with muscles that are barely there. It’s like when you hear yourself on a recording and think, “Do I really sound like that?” Well, to the rest of the world you do… just not to yourself. This is why taking body measurements or feeling how clothes fit is a preferable way of measuring progress… no personal opinions are involved.

After having my son, I tried for years to lose weight, but with little success. Jennie offered positive support and accountability. She has helped provide meal ideas and workout program schedules always with my goals for my nutrition in mind. She has been such an encourager and great support. Jennie was never pushy or shaming. I can always count on her to check in on me and to show grace when needed.
