    Try taking AIM: Action Item of the Month

    Pick one thing to work on for that month and give it all you got. Exercise for 45 minutes a day, every day. Drink a gallon of water a day, every day. Cut out all starchy carbs, every day. You name it.

    When you’re working on only one thing at a time, there are really no good excuses for not meeting your goal. And by the time the first month is over, you should have established a new habit.

    Rinse and repeat. Do this for a year and you will change your life!
