Fitness Tip

  • Don’t be afraid of sit-ups. They increase your range of motion, which makes your abdominals work harder and longer. If possible, do them on a stability ball which will do a better job of working your total core, not just your abs. Probably best to avoid situps with anchored feet though as they can hurt your lower back.
