    So when you’re deciding on portion size, stop first to think about what looks like a reasonable portion. Then, take at least one-quarter less than that. When you’re finished, wait 5 minutes and then decide if you’re truly hungry or if you can be satisfied by what you ate. And use a smaller plate while you’re at it.
