  • Don’t just go through the motions with your exercise… focus on one goal each time you workout… and maybe spread that focus throughout a week or two. Focus on form or not stopping during your cardio routine. Focus on breathing properly or reaching your desired number of reps even if you have to stop for a few seconds. Focus on actually engaging the muscle you’re trying to work or on reaching maximum range of motion.

    No matter what kind of workout you’re doing, don’t just fumble through it. Pick a goal and focus on achieving it. This will help you get fitter quicker!
