  • We tend to not want to work on fitness areas that we’re not good at. So do those first and get them out of the way. If your core is weak, do your core work before the rest of your workout. If you don’t like strength training, make sure it’s the first workout of the week (and third and fifth). And so on.

    You only get good at things you work on and until you start prioritizing your weaknesses, they will never become strengths.
