I am a fellow struggler. As much as I love running, I hate cooking. I used to be able to out-exercise my bad eating habits, but now at 40 I am on a journey to figure out how to be healthy, eat healthy and feel better. I stay at home full time (we have 4 kiddos; ages 24-4) and coach part time.
When I am not herding kiddos and attempting to manage our household, I love to run, read, encourage, serve, study, and help others with their fitness.
