Drink 1/2 ounce per every pound you weigh, every day. If that’s too much or too little, shoot for a gallon of water a day, plain water.

We spend way too much of our day dehydrated, which can do two things leading to weight gain: 1) It makes you feel hungry when you’re actually just thirsty. 2) It causes your body to retain water, making you heavier. The best way to stop retaining water is actually to drink water.

Let’s recap: To get smaller, drink water… not soda, not diet soda, not OJ, not milk, not coffee, not tea, not Gatorade or Propel or Crystal Light… WATER!

I decided to try the 21 day fix and am so glad I did. Due to an injury I wasn’t able to complete the exercise part of it. I still lost weight and owe so much of my success to Kim. She motivated and encouraged me when my injury was really getting me down. She always had time to answer my questions and she checked in with me daily. What I loved the most was that she held me accountable! I really don’t think I would have stuck with it on my own.
