    The absolute most important thing is THAT you workout, not when you workout. If you want to get nitpicky, some studies show that you’re stronger in the morning and that it jumpstarts your metabolism for the day. Plus, when you do it first thing, you’ve got it done for the day. Plan for the afternoon or evening and there’s a reasonable chance an excuse will creep in to keep you from getting it done.

    But again, analysis leads to paralysis. Don’t over analyze this! Pick the time that will lead to the greatest amount of consistency and stick with it.

    You have to do, what works for you. And the good news is that exercise works for everyone!
