    PB2 Review

Love peanut butter but trying to watch the fat or calories? Is it really possible to get the flavor of peanuts with only 15% of the fat? Sounds too good to be true ... or is it?

Fitness Tip

  • Just because your time is limited doesn’t mean you can’t still strength train. Try combining exercises and do compound movements to get your workout in: dumbbell curls in a lunge position, shoulder press in a squat position, and tricep extensions on your tip toes will take two exercises and make them one. Or compound movements like lying pull-overs work both your chest and your lats; lateral fly downs also work your lats while recruiting your delts. The list goes on.

    Don’t make excuses, make adjustments.

  • Vitamix Review: Our Favorite Appliance

Vitamix. Is it everything they say it is? I'm here to tell you, it's more. This multi-purpose, powerhouse of a machine will not only help get you healthier, you'll be looking for excuses to use it. It's without its flaws, but we wouldn't trade it for 100 pounds of organic kale.
