    PB2 Review

Love peanut butter but trying to watch the fat or calories? Is it really possible to get the flavor of peanuts with only 15% of the fat? Sounds too good to be true ... or is it?

Fitness Tip

  • A negative split is simply moving faster in the second half of your workout than you did for the first half. This does a nice job of warming the muscles slowly, which can help reduce the likelihood of injury. And it also leaves some gas in the tank to finish strong, which is especially nice when racing.

But don’t be afraid to play with this. Try the opposite (fast first, slower second), which some research shows actually helps burn more calories, by up to 10%.

Whatever you do, don’t do the same thing over and over. It’s not just about trying new exercise, it’s about trying old exercises in new ways.

I love the Chalean Extreme program she recommended … Jennie also was readily available to answer any questions. She gave me so much encouragement during this time and provided informative articles on health and nutrition. I highly recommend Jennie as a dedicated coach to help you define and reach your health goals. Thank you so much Jennie for investing your time and energy into my fitness journey. I appreciate your efforts so much.

  • Vitamix Review: Our Favorite Appliance

Vitamix. Is it everything they say it is? I'm here to tell you, it's more. This multi-purpose, powerhouse of a machine will not only help get you healthier, you'll be looking for excuses to use it. It's without its flaws, but we wouldn't trade it for 100 pounds of organic kale.
