  • Human nature is such that we generally don’t like to work on things we’re not good at. In exercise, it’s no different. The problem is, doing the things we’re only good at will lead to imbalances in our bodies, which long-term will lead to injuries.

    So if you don’t like working your legs, there’s a good chance you need to. Don’t like strength training? Time to lift weights. Not big on cardio, get a jump rope. You get the picture.

    Eventually, you’ll learn to like these forms of exercise more, especially since they’ll help you keep healthy and pain free.
